Michael Sloan has over 30 years of experience in the practice of public accounting and his experience includes:
- Audits, reviews, and compilations for profit and non-profit entities in a variety of businesses. The entities include non-profit, non-profit with single audit, governmental, manufacturing, service companies, and construction companies.
- General and specialized consulting on the organization, management, and operations of profit and non-profit entities.
- Accounting systems’ review and design with emphasis in management reporting and creation.
Mr. Sloan is proficient in Quick Books accounting software and a variety of other accounting software applications. He has a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Additionally Mr. Sloan specializes in research, planning, and preparation of federal and state income and franchise tax returns for corporations, partnerships, sole-proprietorships, and individuals.
Mr. Sloan graduated from Union College with a Bachelor of Science with a major in accounting. He became a certified public account in 1985 and is licensed to practice in the state of Texas. He is active in his community and enjoys playing golf.
